We are so happy you've chosen our cabin for your getaway. This home was designed to be a true retreat — a place where you can disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with the people you love. From the peaceful treetop setting to the crackling fire at night, we hope every moment here feels like a gift. House Rules
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin — $500 fine. Please safely discard any remnants when smoking outside.
Parking Limit — 4 Cars
County regulations limit parking to 4 vehicles maximum on the property. Please do not park on the road or neighboring lots.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise respectful after 10 PM and before 8 AM to honor our neighbors.
Leave It Tidy
Put trash in bins, load the dishwasher, and leave the cabin as you found it. Please do not move the furniture.
Registered Guests Only
Max occupancy must be respected. No unregistered parties or gatherings, please.
Fire Safety
Never leave fire pit or fireplace unattended. Fully extinguish before sleeping.
No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and gatherings beyond registered guests are strictly prohibited — $500 fine. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Aska Adventure Area Trails
17 miles of National Forest trails climbing to 3,200 ft with ridge views to Lake Blue Ridge. Includes Long Branch Loop (2.3 mi easy), Green Mountain (2.8 mi easy), Flat Creek (6 mi), Stanley Gap (4.6 mi hard).
Appalachian Trail — Springer Mountain
